- Benjamin Michael Smith, 19, of 1120 Bundy St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
- Matthew Field Montgomery, 47, of 605 State St., Dexter, was arrested in the 35000 block of 360th Street for violation of a no-contact order.
- Angela Jean Tuller, 36, of 605 State St., Dexter, was cited and released in the 35000 block of 360th Street for driving while suspended.

- Nicole Lee Tonche Rios, 32, of 641 ½ Second St., Webster City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for show-cause hearing on an original charge of OWI.
