- William David Harwood, 22, of 70 Thayer St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for attempting to entice away a minor.

- Brandon John Meleney, 30, of 2455 S.W. Seventh St., Des Moines, was arrested at 6220 Raccoon River Dr. for public intoxication.
