- Kathryn Lee Fiedler, 60, of 28974 340th Trail, Adel, was arrested on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
- Seth Blitz, 24, of 708 1/2 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse.
- James A Phillips, 61, of 2316 Badger Parkway, Madison, Wis., was arrested at the 104 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for possession of marijuana and drug stamp criminal penalties.
