- Bryce Godwin of Waukee was traveling north on U.S. Highway 169 when a vehicle driven by Bart Harris of Perry pulled onto the Highway and struck Godwin. A passenger in Godwin’s vehicle suffered a cut above his left eye. Damage to each vehicle was estimated at $2000. Harris was issued a citation for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
