- Jasmine Atkins, 26, of 926 Oakridge Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of third-degree theft.
- Maria Alvarez Vazquez of Des Moines was traveling southbound on N Avenue near at Overton Circle when her vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Joseph Medearis of Blue Springs, Missouri. No injuries were reported. Vazquez was issued a citation for unsafe stopping and no driver’s license.
