- Julio Perez of Des Moines was traveling on Bear Creek Road near Old Highway 6 when his vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Matthew Yori Redfield. No injuries were reported. Damage to Yori’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Perez’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000. Perez was issued citations for failure to carry registration card and failure to yield upon entering a through highway.
