- Tamara Danielle Ramirez, 27, of 1602 Evelyn St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic abuse assault.
- Seth Weesner, 27, of 1702 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of criminal mischief.
October 27, 2018
- Aaron Smoldt of Urbandale was traveling in the 25000 block of 270th Street when his vehicle drifted down into a ditch and rolled. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Smoldt was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
- Donald Bogler of Harlan was traveling near the 113 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when he came upon stopped traffic due to an accident and could not stop his vehicle in time. Bogler swerved to the inside shoulder and struck a cable barrier. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to the cable barrier was estimated at $1,000.
- Scott Edwin Griggs, 57, of 6455 Galleria Dr., West Des Moines, was arrested at Ute Avenue and 335th Street in Waukee for OWI.
- Tyler Stephen Lane, 19, of 745 N.E. 52nd Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for harassment.
- Austin Tyler Burkett, 32, of 104 14th St., Dallas Center, was arrested at 1600 Linden St. in Dallas Center for tampering with a witness or juror.

- Dustin Joseph Uniewski, 21, of 1808 Kremer Ave., Racine, Wis., was charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
- Ethan Leroy Libby, 23, of 1617 Taylor St., Redfield, was arrested at this address for domestic abuse assault.
- Michael Walczak of Ankeny was traveling in the 24000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $7,000.
