- Susan Rodine of Dallas Center was stopped at the stop sign on Sycamore Street in Dallas Center. When she pulled out and started to make a left hand turn, a bicyclist, Donald Cumings of Ankeny, ran into the driver’s side rear door of Rodine’s vehicle. Minor injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $400, and damage to the bicycle was estimated at $500. Rodine was cited for failure to yield upon left turn.
October 2, 2017
- Jeffrey Darrell Ebert, 55, of 1510 First Ave., Grinnell, was arrested in the 28000 block of K Avenue for OWI.
- Sherilyn Kay Dunlap, 38, of 1812 Jones St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
- Brian Cassady of Redfield was traveling in the 32000 block of K Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
