- Ellen Qualls of Adel was traveling on Iowa Highway 44 near R Avenue when her vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Debra Bone of Dallas Center. No injuries were reported. Damage to Qualls’ vehicle was estimated at $5,000, and damage to Bone’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Bone was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
- Chelsea Atkins of Panora was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 6 near R Avenue when her vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Trent Townsley of Newton. Both occupants of Townsley’s vehicle were transported by Dallas County EMS. Townsley was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
- Reynaldo Lopez Alvarez of Scranton was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near O Avenue when he swerved for a deer, and his vehicle collided with a semi-tractor trailer, driven by Karl Harris of Bouton. Harris was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Harris’ vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to Alvarez’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
- Tiffany Stockbauer, 40, of 1353 York St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Tina Betts, 45, of 2385 210th St., Audubon, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fourth=degree theft.
- Jennie Hart, 72, of 206 Laurel St., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Eduardo Aguilar, 31, of Virginia Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of eluding
