- Chad Frerichs of Milford, was driving southbound on N Avenue near Olive Lane when he slowed for other traffic, and his vehicle was struck from the rear by a vehicle driven by Aundrea Cox of Adel, who was unable to stop due to wet pavement. No injuries were reported. Damage to Frerichs’ vehicle was estimated at $1,000, and damage to Cox’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000.
*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is innocent until and unless proven guilty.
