- Renee Hastie of Stuart was traveling westbound on U.S. Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $2,000.
- Dale E. Terrell, 61, of 411 N. Sherman St., Stuart, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree fraudulent practice.
