- Ricky Cochran, 26, of 1456 Dean Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft.
- Jalen Whetstone, 19, of 620 S.E. Jonas Circle, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
