- Skylar Garbes, 28, of 867 Maxwell St., Waterloo, was arrested on warrants for speeding, failure to provide proof of financial liability, interference with official acts, driving under suspension, eluding, driving while barred, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.
- Joshua Logan Stanley, 23, of 912 Jefferson St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft.
- Shannon Doreen Hughes, 41, of 1418 Locust St., Adel, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
- Demarco Eugene Rumley, 26, of 1134 23rd St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
- Stephanie Ann Harlow, 36, of 2762 N.E. Norwood Lane, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of possession of contraband and a controlled substance in a correctional facility.
