- Tabetha Suzanne Tingwald, 47, of 15742 Tanner Lane, Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance.
September 13, 2022
- Shane Edwin Davis, 45, of 512 N. Division St., Stuart, was arrested at 800 Bridge St. in Redfield for driving while barred.
- Cody Eccles of Madrid was traveling near the 105 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when he overcorrected after changing lanes and the trailer tires fell off the travel portion and struck the cable barriers. No injuries were reported. Damage to the semi trailer was estimated at $2,000.00. Damage to the mile marker sign was estimated at $400, and damage to the cable barrier posts was estimated at $1,200.
- Mindee Richey of Papillion, Nebraska, was traveling near the 102 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when she attempted to avoid tire debris in the middle of the travel portion of the road, striking the tire on the front driver side and causing damage estimated at $4,000. No injuries were reported.
