- Tian Turner of Woodward was traveling near the 14000 block of Bittersweet Road when she failed to navigate a turn, and her vehicle slid on the gravel and entered the ditch, coming to rest on its top. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $6,000.
September 15, 2020
- Daniel A. Hayes, 48, of 1812 Hickory Ave., New Sharon, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing serious injury.
- Breeya L. Moritz, 19, of 605 Second Ave. S.W., Oelwein, was arrested on a warrant for violation of probation, third-offense possession of a controlled substance and interference with official acts-bodily injury.
