- Richard Carl Green, 39, of 2928 Rutland Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of OWI.
- Diane Theresa Stiles, 39, of 805 Taft St. S., Humboldt, was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court-violation of a no-contact order.
