- Nancy Gallagher of Des Moines was traveling in the 27000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
- Rudolph Zagar, 39, of 2524 McKinley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
