Sept. 23, 2024
- Doni Sieck of Panora was traveling in the 22000 block of 240th Street when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $4,000.
Sept. 24, 2024
- Melody Forrett, 43, of 1204 Marshall St., De Soto, was arrested for assault.
Sept. 25, 2024
- Daniel Badolato of Lorimor was traveling southbound on S. Seventh Street in Adel and attempting to cross U.S. Highway 6 when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Kelly Murrow of Dallas Center and by a vehicle driven by Jeffrey Miles of West Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage to Miles’ vehicle was estimated at $6,000. Damage to Murrow’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Badolato’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000. Badolato was issued a citation for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
