- Giovanni Tavira Berrum of Marengo was traveling in 13700 block of N Avenue when his vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle, driven by a minor driver. No injuries were reported. Damage to the minor’s vehicle was estimated at $2,000, and damage to Tavira Berrum’s vehicle was estimated at $100.
Sept. 26, 2024
- Prince Benson, 24, of 2423 E. 13th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for violations of pretrial release.
- A minor driver was traveling in the 28000 block of 250th Street when the vehicle entered the ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
Sept. 27, 2024
- Rolando Espino of Brownsville, Texas, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 110 mile marker when his vehicle struck a tire in the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
- Riley Olson of Chewelah, Washington, was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 110 mile marker when his vehicle struck a tire in the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $15,000.
