Sept. 27, 2024
- Ashley Sunner, 38, of 2234 Chan Dr., Adel, was arrested for OWI and two counts of child endangerment.
Sept. 28, 2024
- Hunter Stout, 25, was arrested for domestic abuse assault.
- Katie Lind, 43, of 304 Madison St., De Soto, was arrested for domestic abuse assault, assault on persons in certain occupations and interference with official acts.
- Ronald Faux of Grimes was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near O Avenue when he crossed the median, and his motorcycle fell over, inuring his passenger, who was transported by Dallas County EMS. Damage to Faux’s vehicle was estimated at $500.
- Robert Bergholz of Lincoln, Nebraska, was traveling in the 32000 block of R Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
- Rose Troutner of Madrid was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 109 mile marker when her vehicle collided with a vehicle, driven by Travis Davis of West Des Moines. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to each vehicle.
Sept. 29, 2024
- Benito Damas Hernandez, 32, of 1107 S. Commercial Ave., Eagle Grove, was arrested for OWI, operating without interlock, providing false identification information and issued citations for speeding, no valid driver’s license and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway.
- Chelsey Christensen of Atlantic was traveling on U.S. Interstate 80 near the 120 mile marker when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
