Graveside military honors for Dan Moyer, 92, of Perry are planned for 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 24 at Violet Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Luis Mejia will officiate.
Dan passed away Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, at the VA Central Health Care in Des Moines, Iowa.
Memorials and condolences to the family may be sent in Dan’s name to Murdock Funeral Home, 1420 Warford St., Perry, IA 50220.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Diane Herrick of Boone, Mike (Cindee) Moyer of Ankeny, Tim (Teresa) Moyer of Essex, Iowa, and Barb (Jeff) McMenamin of Madrid; a special friend, Claudia Ponath; one brother, Gary (Linda) Moyer; one sister, Mary Wymore; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
