A witness reported to the deputies that during the course of the domestic dispute, MeesterĀ  “pinned” the victim “to the wall with his hands around” the victim’s “throat,” according to court records.

The deputies observed on the victim “a large contusion to the area of his right eye and a swelling contusion to his left forehead,” according to court records.

In the course of Meester’s booking into the Dallas County Jail, “a small metal pipe was found in his jeans pocket,” and the “pipe was filled with a green leafy substance consistent in appearance and odor to marijuana,” according to court records.

Meester was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond in advance of an initial appearance in Dallas County District Court.
