Memorial services for Dixie Lee Daniels, 71, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 19 at the Murdock Funeral Home in Perry, with burial in the Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry, Iowa. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Dixie passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022, at her home in Perry, Iowa.
Dixie is survived by her husband, Lynn, of Perry; son, Henry (Toni) Kersey Jr. of Angleton, Texas; daughters, Kim (Mike) Meyers of Perry and Courtney Daniels of Perry; grandchildren, Keegan (Madison) Davis of Phoenix, Arizona, Kaelan Davis of Perry, Afton Meyers of Perry, Justin Kersey of Angleton and MacKenzie Kersey of Angleton; sister, Denell (Tim) Hansen of Neola, Iowa; and sister-in-law, Jo Keenan of Des Moines.
Memorials in Dixie’s name will be directed to the Raccoon River Pet Rescue.
