The Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) has released the names of students graduating at the end of the 2020 spring semester as well as scholars attaining the DMACC President’s List and DMACC Dean’s List.
More than 800 students graduated from the DMACC campuses in Ankeny, Boone, Carroll, Newton, Urban and West at the end of the spring 2020 term, including the following four Perry scholars:
- Jonathan Flores, Liberal Arts
- Maggi Mallon, Associate Degree Nursing
- Claudia Ordonez, Associate Degree Nursing
- Mark Salinas, Liberal Arts
Seven Perry scholars were also named to DMACC’s spring 2020 semester president’s list. To qualify for the president’s list, a student must have earned a grade point average (GPA) of 4.0 during the term. Achieving the fall president’s list were:

- Heather Friedrichsen, Liberal Arts

DMACC also announced the spring 2020 semester dean’s list, including the following 11 Perry-area scholars. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have earned a grade point average (GPA) between 3.5 and 3.99. Making the spring dean’s list were:

To be eligible, a student must have completed a minimum of six credits and earned a 4.0 grade point average for that semester. Career Advantage students attaining the President’s List were:
