Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements for Eleanor Meinecke, 94, of Jamaica, who died Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at the Panora Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson Thursday, Oct. 22 at 10 a.m., with burial in Franklin Township Cemetery near Cooper.
Eleanor is survived by daughter, Sherry Achbrenner; husband, David of Monticello; son, Thomas Meinecke, and wife, Kandi, of Panora; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one brother, Stephen Molle, of Jefferson; three sisters-in-law, Pauline Shaw of Dallas, Texas, Roberta Meinecke of Jefferson and Margaret Meinecke of Perry.
Friends may call after 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson, with family present from 6-8 p.m.
