Fire consumed a detached garage at 505 Lucinda St. in Perry about 10 a.m. Monday.
There were no injuries in the blaze, which is under investigation by the Perry Volunteer Fire Department.
The 816-square-foot, two-car garage was built in 1996, according to records of the Dallas County Assessor. The property is owned and occupied by Lloyd C. Fagin of Perry.
The Perry Police Department and Dallas County EMS also responded.
