Fire destroyed the home at 1624 Sixth St. in Perry Thursday afternoon.
The occupants escaped without injury, according to firefighters.
The cause of the blaze in under investigation at this hour by the Perry Volunteer Fire Department.
The one-story frame house was built in 1916 and is owned by Nadjy A. Mikesell, according to county records.
The Perry Police Department, Perry First Responders and Dallas County EMS also responded.
