Perry residents still have time to order their flags in time for Independence Day, July 4, from the Perry Lions Club and the Perry Optimist International Club. For a $25 annual payment, the Lions and Optimists will raise a flag in your yard at sunrise on each of five U.S. National Holidays and remove it at sunset.
