Flooding has forced the temporary closure Friday of Willis Avenue between 26th Street and Iowa Highway 141 and of 26th Street between Willis Avenue and Iowa Highway 141, the Perry City Hall announced.
Motorists are advised to use 16th Street in order to access Iowa Highway 141 until the water recedes and the roads are opened.
