Twenty-first Century Rehab PC will host a free concussion education workshop Wednesday, Sept. 9 from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
You will learn how to protect your head and brain by learning all about concussions, a common head trauma. The workshop is designed for anyone who has had a concussion and is not recovering well or anyone who would like an overall better understanding of concussions.
Questions to be answered in the online workshop include:
1. What exactly is a concussion, and what are the symptoms?
2. What should you do in the event that you, a child, a loved one or anyone else gets a concussion?
3. How do you safely recover from a concussion?
The free workshop will take place via Facebook Live. Catch it by tuning in to the 21st Century Rehab Facebook page or the Dallas County Hospital and Family Medicine Clinics Facebook page.
The workshop, presented by Dr. Clint Lutterman, will be available to watch afterward, but if you wish to ask questions of Dr. Lutterman, then tune in live.
