Dining and drinking proceeded as usual Friday night in David's Milwaukee Diner at the Hotel Pattee in Perry. A hotel employee said every room was booked in advance for the BRR Ride to Rippey Saturday.

A mix of locals and visitors from across Iowa stopped in downtown Perry tonight to enjoy good food, entertainment and adult beverages ahead of tomorrow’s 39th BRR.

The Hotel Pattee, the Kickstand, Crooked Rail and Otley Cat all had plenty of business despite a brief period of light snow late this afternoon and early this evening.
