A GoFundMe campaign has been established for Jakob Marion Allen Mash, 20, of Perry, who was killed by gunshot Tuesday in rural Adel.
“Jake was a beautiful soul, who cared for so many people,” said Sunni Lynne Lee of Bagley, who formed the GoFundMe page. “He was tragically killed December 22, 2020, and we would like to help his family in this time of sorrow. He was only 20, but had so many friends and family and was greatly loved by all. He would give up his time, effort and anything else you needed. Please help by donating if you can, sharing this everywhere if would. We love and miss you, Jake.”
Mash’s death is being investigated by the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, Adel Police Department, Perry Police Department, Dallas County EMS, Dallas County Death Investigators and Adel Fire Department.
