A Grand Junction man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly having sex with his wife while she slept.
Raymond Tillman Bacon, 45, of 401 Ninth Street S., Grand Junction, was charged with third-degree sexual abuse.
According to court records, Bacon allegedly had marital relations with his wife “without her consent or knowledge.”
A warrant for Bacon’s arrest was ordered June 18 and served June 22. Bacon is held in the Greene County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing June 30 in Greene County District Court.
