Molly Armstrong of Granger won a set of tickets Saturday night to an Iowa Wolves basketball game in the Perry Optimist Club contest.

Armstrong was the first to answer correctly the question: Who is the current president of the Perry Optimist Club? The correct answer: Zack Cregeen is the current president of the Perry Optimist Club. Past Perry Optimist Club presidents are Dr. Randy McCaulley and Jenny Eklund.

Armstrong said her three boys, ages 10, 9 and 5, are big Iowa Wolves fans.

“I’m not a huge fan myself, but my boys are into all sports,” she said. “This will be a nice little mother/sons date.”

The Iowa Wolves, a Western Conference G League team associated with the Minnesota Timberwolves, were formerly known as the Iowa Energy.

The Perry Optimist Club sponsors a variety of youth-centered activities and benefits in the Perry area.
