December 6, 2019

  • A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Olive Street.
  • John Henry Sabus, 45, of Churdan was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve a sentence.
  • Deputies investigated an anhydrous leak in the 2000 block of Neola Avenue. The Greene County Ambulance assisted with the call.
  • A deputy investigated an intoxicated subject the 200 block of North Chestnut Street in Jefferson. Ted Lawrence Semke, 42, of Jefferson was arrested for first-offense public intoxication. Semke was booked into the Greene County Jail.

December 7, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a burglary complaint in the 1000 block of Sandoe Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy assisted the City of Paton with an ordinance violation in the 200 block of W. Paton Street.
  • A deputy investigated an illegal hunting complaint in the 2000 block of Neola Avenue.
  • A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop in the 900 block of S. Elm Street.
  • Mark Wayne Mateer, 57, of Osceola was booked into the Greene County Jail for first-offense trespass.
  • A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 200 block of E. Hager Street in Grand Junction.
  • David Michael Cannon, 41, of Grand Junction was booked into the Greene County Jail for probation revocation.
  • A deputy investigated a possible domestic situation in the 200 block on 130th Street.

December 8, 2019

  • A deputy investigated a domestic disturbance in the 700 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction. Jerry Lavern Miller, 66, of Grand Junction was arrested for first-offense domestic abuse assault-display of a weapon.
  • A deputy assisted the Greene County Ambulance in the 2200 block of A Avenue.
  • A deputy investigated a welfare check in the 700 block of E. Main Street.
  • Luke Stephen Peter Pettey, 28, of Des Moines was booked into the Greene County Jail for carrying weapons-knife over five inches and first-offense possession of a controlled substance–methamphetamine.
  • A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 700 block of Main Street in Scranton.

December 9, 2019

  • A deputy assisted Boone County Sheriff’s office with a motorist assist on U.S. Highway 30 and C Avenue.
  • A deputy assisted with a welfare check in the 700 block of E. Main Street in Grand Junction.
  • A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer in the 1800 block of 195th Street. The deer was a result from being struck by a vehicle with minimal damage.
  • A deputy investigated a theft of vehicle in the 1200 block of E Avenue.
  • Jessica Jo Peterson, 36, of Ogden was booked into the Greene County Jail for third-degree burglary.
  • Martin John Tolsdorf, 55, of Grand Junction was booked into the Greene County Jail to serve sentence.
  • A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and Orchard Avenue.
  • A deputy removed a deer from off the roadway on 220th Street and K Avenue.
