April 12, 2019

  • James Humlicek of Exira was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge second-offense public intoxication. Humlicek was released from custody after an appearance before the Guthrie County Magistrate.

April 13, 2019

  • No activity reported.

April 14, 2019

  • Jeffrey Frain of Jamaica was arrested for second-offense OWI following a traffic stop in Yale. Frain was held on a $200 cash bond by the Guthrie County Magistrate. He later posted bond and was released.
  • Adrian Erwin of Ames was arrested for first offense OWI following a traffic stop in Guthrie Center. Erwin was released from custody on a promise to appear for future court proceedings.

April 15, 2019

  • Leslie Wiles of Coon Rapids was booked into the Guthrie County Jail to serve two days for an first-offense OWI conviction.
  • Terri Caraher of Guthrie Center was booked into the Guthrie County Jail to serve three days for a probation revocation on an original charge of first-offense OWI.
  • Jodie Rosenbeck of Guthrie Center was booked into the Guthrie County Jail to serve seven days for a probation revocation on an original charge of first-offense possession of marijuana.
  • Ronald Becker of Carroll was arrested on a warrant for Probation Violation. Becker was booked into the Guthrie County Jail and ordered to serve two days. After serving two days, Becker was released from custody.

  • No activity reported.

April 17, 2019

  • Ian Kimmes of Carroll was detained following a traffic stop in Bagley. Charges are pending against Kimmes for first-offense possession of marijuana possession of drug paraphernalia. A body specimen was collected from Kimmes for the purposes of determining whether he was operating while under the influence of marijuana. All charges are pending in this matter.

  • No activity reported.

April 19, 2019

  • Jacob Way of Guthrie Center was booked into the Guthrie County Jail on a warrant for first-offense domestic abuse assault with injury or mental illness. Way is currently being held on no bond.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
