- Jerome Boblett of Coon Rapids was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Boblett was arrested following a traffic stop on Iowa Highway 141 east of Bagley. Additional charges are pending. The Guthrie County K9 was used on this traffic stop.
