WOODWARD — A Homecoming none of the current high school students are unlikely to forget became a little more settled at Woodward-Granger with the announcement of the 2020 king and queen candidates.

Faith Keuhl, Bella Milosevich, Ava Petersen, Olivia Sass, and Maddisen Vermaas were the five young ladies announced as the possible queen.

Vying for king honors will be Worth Henry, Kristopher Kammerer, Trey Lettow, Kade Polich, and Trevor Simmons.

Reese Jamison and Quinn Kaufman were the 2019 king and queen.

There will be no parade this year, but the court will depart W-G high school Thursday at 6 p.m. to travel around Woodward before doing the same in Granger.

The king and queen will be announced at halftime of Friday’s game with Kuemper Catholic. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m.
