A two-vehicle head-on collision at approximately 3:20 p.m. on J Avenue north of K Trail has resulted in at least one fatality, authorities said Wednesday afternoon.
Northbound and southbound traffic on County Road P58 is being re-routed at this hour while the mishap is investigated by law enforcement.
Multiple agencies have responded to the scene just north of the Raccoon River bridge south of Perry, including the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Perry Police Department, Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Dallas County EMS.
