Thanks to grant funding secured from the Miccio Foundation, the Humane Society of Perry can offer the population-control services for only $20 if you meet income guidelines.
To qualify for the grant, you must be receiving some form of financial assistance.
Humane Society volunteers will be at Perry Public Library Aug. 31 from 6-7 p.m. to distribute information and vouchers.
No appointment is needed, but qualified applicants for funding should bring $20 to complete the grant process.
