Siracusano’s registration with the Iowa Sex Offender Registry is a result of a 1999 conviction of Sexual Abuse 3rd.
Iowa Law authorizes a criminal or juvenile justice agency the ability to notify the community about a person required to register with the Iowa Sex Offender when necessary to protect the public.
This notification is to serve only as a means for the public to protect themselves, and any action taken by anyone against this person, including vandalism of property, verbal or written threat of physical harm or physical assault against the person or their family, can result in arrest and prosecution.
