A portion of Iowa Street at Iowa Highway 141 will close starting Tuesday, July 9 and lasting about two weeks while construction of a stormwater wetland is completed, the Perry City Hall announced Monday.
The roadway is expected to reopen July 23, depending on the is weather.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area during construction. Roadway barricades should never be moved, driven around or run over because it endangers workers in the area.

Una parte de Iowa Street en Iowa Highway 141 se cerrará a partir del martes 9 de julio y durará aproximadamente dos semanas mientras se completa la construcción de un humedal de aguas pluviales, anunció el lunes el Ayuntamiento de Perry.
