Josh Wuebker of Perry was the lucky winner Saturday of the 2023 BRR Ride bike raffle, sponsored by the St. Patrick Catholic Church Knights of Columbus St. Jude Council 1243.
“This beauty will get a lot of use,” Wuebker said, “but probably not until May.”
