Kanani, the second of two 10-month-old puppies who ran away from their home in Woodward Thursday afternoon, returned home safe and sound Tuesday, much to the relief and delight of his owner.
His partner Miku was found Saturday near the Woodward exit of Iowa Highway 141, according to the owner, but Kanani remained at large until today.
“Kanani is home now!” said the joyful owner “He returned home on his own! Thank you and the community so much for your help!”
