On Tuesday the Perry Kiwanis met at the Hotel Pattee for their weekly noon lunch and meeting.
The guest this week was local business woman, entrepreneur and Perry promoter Jenny Eklund. Eklund gave an update on the progress of the Ladies of La Poste in their efforts to draw out-of-town customers to their venue.
“La Poste is working with other area businesses to serve the needs of our guests,” Eklund said.
Eklund was welcomed to the meeting by Perry Kiwanian Tom Gardiner, a member of the Perry Kiwanis Club since April 1, 2008.
