Visitation for Larry Dean Anderson, 78, of Jefferson will be held from 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 at Clover Ridge inside the Greene County Fairgrounds. Lunch will be served at noon followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. Burial will take place at the Franklin Township Cemetery in Cooper, Iowa.
Larry died February 21, 2021 at the Greene County Medical Center, in Jefferson, Iowa.
Larry is survived by his wife and partner of 59 years, Wanda (Golden) Anderson; four sons, Jerry (Kathy Davidson) McDowell of Jefferson, Bob (Jeannie) McDowell of Des Moines, Bill (Dannelle) McDowell of Jefferson and Craig Anderson of Jefferson; grandchildren, Bobby McDowell Jr. of Ankeny, Sandy Harlow of Newton, Ryan (Jessica) McDowell of Council Bluffs, Collin McDowell of Nevada, Conner McDowell of Carroll, Cheyanne Anderson of Jefferson, Joseph Anderson of Ames, Chiara Anderson of Jefferson, Ashley (Andrew) Humphrey of Carroll, James Silbaugh of Oklahoma and ReAnna Silbaugh of Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Mason Rockwell, Harper Humphrey, Hunter Humphrey, Jaxson Harlow, Aubrey McDowell and Bennett McDowell; and sister, Betty (Dick) Lindgren of Grimes.
Hastings Funeral Home in Jefferson is in charge of arrangements.
