Some 40 Perry-area donors took part in the bi-monthly LifeServe Blood Center community blood drive Friday at the First United Methodist Church.
“The community blood drive continues to grow with support from loyal donors and the hospital,” said Ashtin Hazel, territory representative for the Des Moines-based LifeServe Blood Center.
The next LifeServe Blood Center drive in Perry is scheduled for Friday, March 26.
