Nominations for the 2019 Wall of Witnesses are now being accepted by the Perry Historic Preservation Commission and the Hometown Heritage.
Since resuming additions to the Soumas Court collection of notable figures from Perry history, the partnership of the Perry Historic Preservation Commission and Hometown Heritage have honored Mike Kanealy in 2016, Charles Joy in 2016, Jim Walstrom in 2017 and Dallas “Pete” VanKirk in 2018.
Nomination forms are available at the Perry Chamber of Commerce at 1124 Willis Ave., the Carnegie Library Museum at 1123 Willis Ave., the McCreary Community Building at 1800 Pattee St., the Perry City Hall at 1102 Willis Ave. and the Perry Chief at 1316 Second St.
