Rev. Dave Morfitt, chaplain at the Perry Lutheran Home, was honored with a farewell reception Wednesday, April 8 in gratitude for his six years of service to the residents. Rev. Morfitt and his wife, Karen, are moving on to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, S.D., where he will serve as visitation pastor. Rev. Max Phillips, CEO of Perry Lutheran Home, will serve the Perry Lutheran Home residents as the interim chaplain.
