To help celebrate the fifth anniversary of the High Trestle Trail, the Friends of Boone County Trails will hold a bicycle show Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in downtown Madrid.
Bike enthusiasts are invited to enter their vintage or classic bikes in the show for a $10 entry fee. All proceeds will support ongoing projects on the High Trestle Trail by the Friends of Boone County Trails.
The Madrid Pacers Car Club will also hold a fundraising rally in conjunction with the bicycle show, and the Boone County Hospital Foundation will hold their annual Trail Hustle from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., starting at the Dalander Park Trailhead. The Flat Tire lounge will be providing entertainment.
